The District 10 Male was a winner of a previous unknown hunger games, and additionally participated in the 3rd Quarter Quell along with his district partner.
Biography[]
The District male won an unknown previous hunger games, effectively becoming a victor.
3rd Quarter Quell[]

After it was decreed by President Snow that tributes for the 75th Hunger Games would be reaped from an existing pool of victors, the District 10 male was presumably reaped, as it is unlikely that he volunteered, although it is possible. For the opening ceremonies chariot ride, he and his district partner were dressed in cow costumes that looked as if they were "broiling themselves", an obvious copy to the Distriict 12 costumes from the previous games. It is unknown if he showed up for training, but after the individual interviews with Caesar Flickerman, he held hands with the other twenty three victors as a sign of rebellion against the Capitol.
The male managed to survive the initial cornucopia bloodbath, although his partner was killed. It is unknown if he killed anyone, but he was able to escape. On the second day of the games, he was killed in the six 'o' clock sector of the arena by a beast, which ripped him apart. As a result, his remains were picked up separately by the Capitol hovercraft. He placed 9th out of 24 victors.
